Jim Colston - Assistant Coach

|
Jim is a full time Football coach currently studying for the coveted A Licence. He has over ten years experience and in that time has worked with both Gillingham and Charlton Athletic. He also coaches for the English Schools Football Association and advises on nutrition and fitness in the Sussex area. He was nominated in the Coach of the Year category in 2003, and received a certificate and trophy as recognition.
Jim is also a qualified Sports Psychologist and advanced SAQ Trainer, his involvement here at Boro came about when asked by Garry to do a few sessions during pre season with the first team. With those sessions being a success he was asked by Garry Wilson and Nick Greenwood if he would maintain an involvement with the first team.
