How to order and Ways to pay
Via Email
Complete the order form.
Email the completed order form to sales@eastbourneboroughfc.co.uk
We do not recommend customers include
credit card details via email. Please supply a daytime
contact telephone number and a member of our commercial
team will call you for your payment details and will complete
the transaction via the telephone. Please ensure you include
the full delivery postal address and your telephone number
on the order form.
Via Post
Complete the downloadable order form available the photograph
above.
Send with Cheque for full amount including postage and
packing to: Commercial Department,
Eastbourne Borough FC,
Langney Sports Club,
Priory Lane,
Eastbourne BN23 7QH.
Please ensure you include the full delivery
postal address and your telephone number on the order
form.
We will not debit your account until your
goods are ready for despatch. Should an item be out of
stock, you will only be charged for the despatched goods.
Postage & packaging
details
The following postage and packaging rates will apply to
all orders:
UK : £3.50 one Item plus £1.00
per extra item
Eire / Europe : £5 one Item plus £1.00 per
extra item
Rest of World : £5 one Item plus £1.00 per
extra item
These rates include postage charges
and packing costs. EBFC reserves the right to alter these
charges without prior notification.
UK Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days. However
at certain times of the year this may not always be possible.
As a result we ask for your patience in allowing 14 days
for delivery of your order. Although every effort is made
to ensure the swiftest possible delivery, EBFC accepts
your order without guarantee of delivery of your order
by a specific date.
How do I return an item?
Send your product back to:

using the Royal Mail Special Delivery
service (if overseas please use an insured postal service).
Enclose a covering note with information on why you are
returning your item(s). We aim to have your replacement
product delivered or refund actioned within 7 days of
receipt.
Stock availability &
pricing
Although EBFC work hard to ensure that goods featured
on this site are available at all times, it is possible
that on certain occasions individual items may become
temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will
attempt to contact you by phone, email or letter to arrange
a replacement of similar purpose and value. If we are
unable to contact you and there is no suitable alternative,
then the requested item will be deleted from your order.
EBFC reserves the right to withdraw, replace or alter
any product without prior notification.
All prices quoted are correct at the time
of going to press. Unfortunately on certain occasions,
due to circumstances beyond our control, it may become
necessary to change individual prices and EBFC reserves
the right to do so.
