Jamie played for Broadbridge Heath,
scoring 17 times, in the 2000–01 season before moving
to Horsham FC at the start of the 2001–02 season.
His next move was to Aldershot Town in August 2002 but he
was loaned back to
Horsham in February 2003, and onto Carshalton Athletic in
December of the same year. He joined AFC Wimbledon in March
2004, helping them gain promotion to the Isthmian First
Division, before returning to Horsham for a 3rd spell in
October the same year. Jamie played for Woking before helping
Dagenham & Redbridge gain promotion to the football
league, and after several appearances for 'The Daggers'
in the league, in February 2008 he joined Grays Athletic
on loan for a month, which was later extended until the
end of the 2007–08 season. In this loan spell he scored
nine goals in 16 appearances for the Blues, finishing as
second top goal scorer to Danny Kedwell. Following his impressive
scoring record at Grays he was offered a two-year contract
at the start of the 2008–09 season, but left the Essex
club to join 'The Sports' at the end of the 1st year following
4 goals in 18 appearances.
